1. Scope of Services

Navigate Prison provides consulting and preparation services for individuals and families entering the correctional system.

• We do not provide legal advice, representation, or advocacy.

• Our services are educational and supportive in nature.

• Any legal questions should be directed to a licensed attorney.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase or use our services. By engaging with us, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate and truthful.

3. Payments & Fees

• All service fees must be paid in full prior to the start of consulting unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

• Fees for add-ons are non-refundable once delivered.

• We accept payments via most major credit/debit providers, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, AfterPay, Klarna

4. Cancellations & Refunds

• Sessions canceled with at least 48 hours’ notice may be rescheduled without penalty.

• Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice are non-refundable.

• Packages are non-transferable and must be used within their specified time of purchase.

5. Confidentiality

• We treat all client communications as private and confidential.

• Exceptions: if disclosure is required by law, court order, or to prevent imminent harm.

6. Limitation of Liability

By using our services, you acknowledge:

• We cannot guarantee specific outcomes (e.g., sentence reductions, facility placement, or treatment by staff/inmates).

• We are not responsible for actions taken by correctional institutions or third parties.

• Our liability, if any, is limited to the total fees paid for services.

7. Intellectual Property

All written guides, checklists, digital products, and materials provided are owned by Navigate Prison. They are for personal use only and may not be reproduced, shared, or resold without permission.

8. Website Use

• You agree not to misuse or interfere with the proper functioning of our website.

• Unauthorized attempts to access our systems may result in legal action.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state of PA, without regard to conflict of law principles.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of our services means you accept the changes.
