Refund Policy

We strive to provide clear, valuable, and actionable guidance to every client. Because our services involve dedicated preparation and time allocation, our refund policy is as follows:

  • Session-Based Services (Quick Prep, First 48 Plan, Readiness 3-Pack, Executive Concierge):

    • Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled session are eligible for a full refund.

    • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled session are not refundable, though we will make every effort to reschedule your session within a reasonable timeframe.

  • Digital Products & Non-Session Materials (PDFs, checklists, audio series, digital binders, etc.):

    • All sales are final. Due to the immediate access provided upon purchase, refunds are not available for digital or downloadable products.

  • Add-Ons (Family Debrief, Facility Insight Report, Communication Plans, Text Support):

    • Same policy as above: refundable if cancelled 48 hours before scheduled delivery, non-refundable once services or communications begin.
